This style of dining offer a full catering/hospitality service that involves the guests remaining seated whilst a set 3 course meal is served directly to their table. All meals are served already plated and immaculately presented at set allocated time slots, to guests. This dining style is ideal for structured events with a programme that requires the attention of all in attendance. However, menu choice options are not as varied as the buffet style service.
