Service Description

This dining style is a fusion of the buffet and set course options, as meals are presented to guests whilst seated with options available like a buffet, but not from a central station. Various bowls containing portioned meals are served to guests during this dining experience. These bowls are presented identically on all the set tables, whilst guests are invited to interact by passing the food around (hand to hand) and serving themselves.
